Lakshya Trust is a community based, community led organization registered as a public charitable trust in the year of 2000. The organization primarily works on various issues addressing and advocating the social, economical, legal, psychological, spiritual and health aspects of sexual minorities (Gay, Bisexual and Transgender population) in the western Indian state of Gujarat.

Our Mission & Vision

Our Vision: A society where every Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Hijra, and Koti individual lives with full dignity, free from discrimination — with equal access to healthcare, livelihoods, and justice. Our Mission: To build a community-led movement that empowers sexual minorities through peer support, health services, legal advocacy, and sustainable economic opportunities.

Manvendra was born at Ajmer, 23 September 1965, as the son of Maharana Shri Raghubir Singhji Rajendrasinghji Sahib, who inherited the title of Maharana of Rajpipla in 1963. The princes were derecognized by the Republic of India in 1971. Therefore their residence Rajvant Palace has been converted into a resort (Several Royal Palaces have been converted into Resorts.)

The Lakshya Marketplace is a curated platform where LGBTQIA+ community members — especially transgender and hijra individuals — sell handcrafted products, services, and goods. Wellness & Preventive Care

Lakshya Trust provides free and confidential healthcare through 11 Drop-In Centres across Vadodara, Surat, and Rajkot. Our services include HIV/AIDS awareness and testing, STI screening and treatment, mental health counseling, and general wellness support — all delivered by trained professionals who understand and respect your identity.
